Frequently Asked Questions

When will the condominiums be ready for me to move in?

Per the construction schedule, they should be ready to move into by the end of this year — the targeted completion dates: Terminal North — November 2018 and Terminal South — December 2018.

How much is the HOA and what does it include?

Hideaway Station Home Owners Association dues will be $318.48, which is lower than comparable units this size at other developments. Here is what is included:

  • Community Insurance
  • Common Building/Grounds & Maintenance
  • Snow removal
  • Trash removal
  • Reserve Fund for future expenses
Can I choose my finishes?

As of July 2018, the color palettes have been selected for each condo due to the construction schedule; the anticipated completion of the condominiums is late 2018.

Is furniture included?

No, it is not included; however, the By Design furniture store (located right across from Hideaway Station) has created optional furniture packages, so please contact them for more details:http://bydesignwinterpark.com.

They can design a turn-key package for you, and even set it up!

How many parking spaces do I get and are they reserved?

Each condo receives one assigned spot in the homeowner’s designated outdoor parking area.

Can I have a grill or hot tub on the deck?

Grills are allowed, but private hot tubs are not.  However, the next phase will have an enormous common hot tub that all owners and guests in Hideaway Station can enjoy, so be on the lookout in 2020!

What is the pet policy?

Owners are permitted pets, and guests are permitted to have pets per each individual owner. If the condo is under the direction of a rental agency hired by a homeowner, other rules may apply — please contact the specific rental company for details. The Winter Park area is a very pet-friendly town, with a plethora of recreational options to choose from throughout the entire county, for owners and their four-legged friends!

What type of heating?

In-floor radiant heat on both levels, which is a very efficient and comfortable heat source, especially in our dry climate.

Is the stove gas or electric?

Every condo will have a stainless steel stove with gas cooktop and electric oven.

What's going on beneath the residential level of Terminal North and South?

Food and Beverage options, retail and service businesses will populate this lower level.

Can we use our condo for short-term or long-term rental?

Can I use any company I want to manage?

The property management company for the building has been determined by the Developer, but an owner can rent their condo any way they’d like, e.g. either self-managed (VRBO/AirBnB) or they can select a rental management company to assist with their rentals.
